The Audio Service Line Manager will support the Global audio business, from supporting BD actions, monitoring audio projects and global budgets, maintaining client relationships, preparing RFI/RFP, supporting the internal studios performance and organization, assigning internal and external studios/resources to specific projects, clients, programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively working with the KWS BD team to acquire new business
  • Act as a liaison between KWS BD team and Studio teams to find the best set up to win the business and grant excellent audio deliveries
  • Manage, coordinate and support RFI/RFP
  • Assists producers and PM in preparing proposals and quotations for existing and prospect clients
  • Supports the production team assessing the best studios, resources, tools and processes for the execution of new/key projects
  • Support studio budget set up and monitoring to achieve global audio targets
  • Support studio evolution and organizational challenges towards cooperation, efficiencies and global teamwork
  • Support the acquisition, evaluation, testing and monitoring of audio resources
  • Overview global audio team performance and suggest/implement improvements for existing and potential new clients
  • Proactively facilitate cooperation with all other service lines and all studios to improve global opportunities, streamline production process efficiency and profitability
  • Improve and share best practices and audio production tools, defining and implementing training programs for the audio global team

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of audio projects and business
  • Knowledge of the typical audio game localization process and audio production process in general
  • Knowledge of audio SW tools and audio HW tools a plus
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines on time and to work under pressure
  • Strong skills in organization, planning and resource management
  • Strong problem solving and excellent communication skills
