The Accountant will report to the Regional Accounting Manager - South Europe and will support the team, managing the customer invoicing.

He/she will be responsible for the customer invoicing and will take care, among other activities, of:

  • creating and approving invoices daily using BPS system
  • reviewing, approving and creating credit notes when required
  • working closely with all the Project Managers ensuring accuracy of billing
  • answering and solving all clients/PMs/ queries
  • posting AR invoice daily using Oracle Netsuite for different currencies: EUR, USD, GBP
  • applying cash daily using Oracle Netsuite
  • assisting with monthly close process and month end reconciliations

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • 2-4 years of proven working experience in Accounting
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Diploma/Degree in Administrative Field
