We are looking for an IT Support to provide assistance to our internal team. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help install applications and programs. IT Support responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus. People will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

Responsibilities

* Hardware maintenance

Requirements

* IT related major, Experience in IT support of 2 years minimum

IT相关专业,至少有两年技术支持工作经验

* 2 years’ experience in troubleshooting Windows 10

两年Windows故障排查工作经验

* Working Efficient and ability to always meet deadlines
