The PS Solutions Support Associate is a full-time position, providing logistical, administrative and project support. This person will ensure that records and tools are created and maintained to help PS Solutions Team become more efficient by reducing additional time needed to gather data or set-up reporting.

Requirements

  • Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly report relevant to PS Solutions Team’s focus (i.e. Sales/Business Development Reports, Existing Projects reports, etc.)
  • Create templates and formatting final documents
  • Administer business processes, procedures, and assisting the PS Solutions Support Lead in the day-to-day operations
  • Prepare and update template versions of RFIs, RFPs, proposals, scope of work, contracts, sales assets and PS training, in cooperation with PS Solutions Team
  • Working with Google Data Studio or MS Power BI to allow for better and[LdG1] more user-friendly reporting set-up.
  • Update and maintain team tools such as Sharepoint Websites, Data Studio reports, and other materials
  • Track PS Solutions opportunity progresses. Monitor PS project statuses and updates the team on any relevant or urgent concerns.
  • Ensure information relevant to the player support process is available and shared efficiently & effectively within the team
  • Help in developing & enhancing internal systems for communication
  • Providing research assistance to the PS Solutions Support Lead and the team
  • Providing general administrative support when required
  • Interest in business development and solution creation with at least a degree level of education, preferably in business related studies, Communication Technology, or another relevant subject.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (especially in English and additional languages is a plus)
  • Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize within a busy workload
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Initiative to work with a minimum of supervision
  • Office Administration skills
  • High proficiency in technical tools such as Google software and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook in particular)
  • Proficiency in other tools such as Salesforce, Prezi, or Photoshop a plus
  • 2 years plus, experience in customer service/sales/marketing or related field is a plus
  • Experience with Sharepoint, PowerBI, and Power Automate is a plus
