We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Technical Account Manager. As a technical Account Manager, you will work closely with our clients, understand our customer needs and provide high-level technical support to overcome technical challenges of customers and internal project teams. In this job, you can get to know the latest in-gaming production workflows and the newest gaming engines in the world.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand the production pipeline and provide technical support for customers to meet project needs;
  • Research solutions using various problem-solving methods to perform the functions of the job and quickly escalate problems that require urgent attention;
  • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements;
  • Collaborate with Clients, Project Managers, and IT to ensure our internal teams have the tools and software they need before projects start;
  • Communicate the progress to both internal project teams and customers;
  • Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction;
  • Conform to and enforce the company's IT security policies;
  • Communicate effectively with other IT support staff regionally and globally to ensure smooth operations for production;
  • Perform day to day helpdesk responsibilities including but not limited to responding to escalated IT tickets;
  • Writing technical documentation for proprietary client tools/engines;


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar IT and Management field;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
  • Hands-on experience with computer software and hardware, and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems is a must;
  • Should possess strong analytical skills to diagnose problems (hardware, software, network, etc.) and determine appropriate solutions;
  • Strong passion to join videogame industry;
  • Fast learner and team player;
  • Familiar with 3D gaming art creation tool and engine is preferred;
  • Perforce or other version control experience (SVN, Git) is preferred;
  • Gaming company experience is preferred.
