Critical and central member of the Local IT Team and pivot element of the Regional IT Team, the IT Systems Administrator will be responsible of maintaining, improving and securing the IT infrastructure of our Katowice Studio. She/he will report to the IT Manager and guide the rest of the Local IT Team when and if needed.


  • Perform Day to Day Helpdesk responsibilities including but not limited to responding to IT tickets, troubleshooting and new joiner onboarding, in accordance to current IT standards and updates
  • Manage, maintain and monitor IT Infrastructure devices, applications and services
  • Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies
  • Maximize/optimize IT Infrastructure performance and ensure system availability and reliability by performing network maintenance and system upgrades including firmware updates and applying hot fixes
  • Conform to and enforce Company’s IT security policies
  • Maintain and improve existing deployment servers and windows update services
  • Supervise Active Directory
  • Maintain and implement GPO policies according to regional and global policies
  • Maintain high levels of IT security through access controls
  • Maintain and perform procedures and ensure operational tasks are performed reliably and consistently to reduce the risk of unplanned outages
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory
  • Communicate effectively with IT support staff to ensure smooth operations in production
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent technical experience
  • Minimum 3 years of IT technical experience
  • MS Office 365 (Hybrid environment)
  • MS Windows Server 2016-2019 (DNS, AD, DHCP, WSUS, WDS+MDT, RDP, HA Cluster, etc.)
  • Basic experience in managing network devices, switches and firewall (Palo Alto, Dell, etc.)
  • Backup solutions (Veeam Backup and Replication)
  • Proactive, Self-Starter and able to work independently
  • Flexible and able to work in multi-task environment
  • Strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within IT industry
  • Basic Linux Knowledge
  • Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Good level of spoken and written Polish and English mandatory
