• Responsible for training requirements of the FQA department
  • Assist and mentor newly on boarded and less experienced testers
  • Assist leads and coordinators with test floor queries and admin
  • Establish and evolve development tools, training materials and syllabuses
  • Liaise with QA Management to understand business L&D needs
  • Proactively execute business L&D needs
  • Understand and differentiate between all key client needs and cultures
  • Conduct the induction training sessions (when required)
  • Keep track of, and report on, key metrics related to learning and development
  • Create additional training modules upon supervisor request
  • Attend monthly mentoring and goal settings sessions with Line Manager
  • conduct FQA Test responsibilities when required
  • Present a professional and responsible image
  • Conduct ‘on the job’ and classroom training sessions
