• Protection of personal, commercial and confidential information of Sperasoft and partners
  • Monitoring of IS related events and incidents. Detection and investigation of IS incidents
  • Analysis and development of Information Security requirements for the new projects
  • Information Security risks analysis
  • Development and implementation of Information Security systems and procedures
  • Development, implementation and support of Information Security policy, including audit of Sperasoft IT infrastructure
  • Development and support of documentation, related to Information Security, alignment to the international best practices and standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
  • Enforcement of Information Security policy


  • Appropriate education (Information Security/Information Technology)
  • Work experience in Information Security functions (at least 3 years)
  • Solid IT background
  • Solid understanding of Operating System Security, Network Security, Application Security and Clouds threats and controls.
  • Solid experience across threats and vulnerability management, including perimeter security, DLP
  • Experience of working with information protection tools and systems (DLP, Antivirus Solutions, Crypto tools, firewalls, proxies, attack detection tools, vulnerability scanners etc)
  • Experience in design and development of protected IT services and infrastructure
  • Ability to develop pragmatic solutions – to balance development of Information Security solutions with commercial demands the business
  • Practical experience of IS documentation creation and management
  • Good knowledge of enterprise security standards (such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS and other), tools and approaches related to Information Security
  • Good command of English language (spoken and written)
