Online communities are very dynamic and can, at times, become confusing. This is what community managers are for: they gather and direct all this energy and enthusiasm to animate a game and its community. They rally gamers together and ensure their interactions are interesting and respectful. Most of their job is done live on different networks. They work with the developers to be aware of upcoming modifications to the game. They are the link between the brand and the community.
ResponsibilitiesModerate forums (protect communities against all nuisances and prejudicial attitudes while keeping them united and motivated)Interact with communities on different channels and networks in SpanishRecruit and manage volunteers within the communityCreate and manage eventsCreate bonds between the service and its usersReport bugs escalated by the communityParticipate in the creation of pvp tournaments
RequirementsExcellent written Spanish AND English skillsFluent level of French is a plusPrevious experience in Community Management tasksVery good knowledge of the social media landscape and its trends (especially: Facebook, Twitter, Discord)Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent linguistics skillsGood gaming experience: Ideally knowledge on DOFUS TouchGood knowledge of the local culture and expressionsKnowledge of how to manage and minimise conflictsAutonomousFlexibilityAvailability to work from Tuesday to Saturday 4h/day within this schedule: 3pm to 11pm CESTAvailability to start work immediately is a plus!
