• Oversee the HR Business Partner team
  • Plan and implements strategic HR initiatives to drive LR compliance, employee retention and engagement
  • Provide guidance and solution in addressing HR-related concerns impacting the business
  • Ensure compliance to labor laws, labor standard and established company policies and procedures
  • Reviews all critical administrative cases and provides fair and resonable closure. Conducts thorough investigation, review case files and give final recommendation for all dismissal cases.
  • Provides the necessary assistance, consultation and employee counseling
  • Drives positive employee experience through facilitation of multiple channels to capture and resolve employee concerns (e.g. eNPS survey, focus group discussions, Skip level meetings, Leadership touchpoints, etc)
  • Spearhead employee events and activities in order to drive fun environment and employee engagement
  • Oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
  • Oversee performance management and succession planning for the studio
  • Drives employee retention through employee-centric initiatives
  • Represents the company in external labor cases
  • Other duties as required from time to time
